Hello dear visitor!

 

We offer a quiet, sunny, ground-floor apartment in the south of Kiel near the B 404 without traffic noise to rent (minimum: 3 nights). The apartment has 47 m², 2 furnished rooms, a WC with a shower and a fully equipped kitchen. A private parking space is also directly at the house; grilling is also possible.

 

The apartment is also equipped with TV, DVD, a large double bed, free Wifi, radio, Freeview, microwave, toaster, separate entrance, etc.. Both rooms are designed with new laminate and thus also allergy friendly.
For our guests we offer free wireless internet access.

 

In about 60 meters away is the nearest bus station; to the center of Kiel you need ca. 9 minutes. The Christian-Albrechts-University is approximately 13 minutes to reach. A big supermarket, a pharmacy and a bakery can be reached in 1.5 minutes. Furthermore there is a shop to hire bikes nearby and a small recreational forest with a romantic lake.

 

The apartment is non-smoking (of course it can be smoked in front of the house); no animals are allowed. The apartment is for maximum 4 persons.

80 € for 4 persons.

 

We charge 35 € for the final cleaning; towels and bed linen are always included! A cost-effective long-term rental is also available.
